How we handle your information

This notice covers information handled through the independently operated Pure Water by Yadi lead and appointment funnel. Calendly and the other services listed below have their own notices for processing they control independently.

The information depends on which parts of the funnel you use:

• Questionnaire answers: water source, how water is obtained and used at home, water concerns, homeownership, and preferred contact method.
• Contact details: name, mobile number, ZIP code, and—when you book—email and service address.
• Service-contact choice, the time it was recorded, the disclosure version shown, and your preferred call or text method.
• First-touch source and campaign details: source code, UTM values, referring site, entry path, and capture time.
• Appointment details: selected date and time, time zone, and Calendly booking identifiers or cancel/reschedule links.
• Routine technical request data processed by hosting and service providers, which may include IP address, browser or device details, request times, and error information.

This site uses first-party session storage—not a cross-site advertising cookie—to remember language, first-touch attribution, a questionnaire draft, and short-lived booking prefill. A draft may contain your name, phone number, ZIP code, and answers so you can leave and resume.

Session storage is limited to the current browser session. The questionnaire draft is removed after a successful handoff, and booking prefill is removed after a successful booking. You can also clear it by closing the session or deleting this site's browser data.

• Let you switch language, move between pages, and resume the conversion journey.
• Understand your request, determine relevant service context, and help Yadi prepare for the in-home water analysis.
• Show availability, create and manage an appointment, and send related confirmations or reminders.
• Preserve first-touch source and campaign attribution and measure the funnel at an aggregate level.
• Detect errors, protect the service, recover failed lead or booking journeys, and prevent accidental duplicates.
• Respond to privacy requests and comply with applicable obligations or valid legal requests.

Checking the service-contact box permits Yadi to contact you using the selected call or text method about the requested free water analysis. Calendly may send booking confirmation, cancellation, rescheduling, or reminder messages using the appointment details you provide.

Submitting the questionnaire is not consent to unrelated marketing. A separate, clear permission is required before contact details are used for promotional messages.

The cards below distinguish services used now from services that are selected or planned but not active for production prospect data.

These descriptions explain practical product roles and are not a legal conclusion about each party's role in every jurisdiction.

The current build keeps first-touch source and campaign information in first-party session storage so the original acquisition source can travel through the funnel. It also loads PostHog in production and preview, when configured, for privacy-safe behavioral analytics and masked session replay — screens with contact details, questionnaire answers, or your service address are excluded from replay, and form inputs are masked everywhere else. It does not load Meta Pixel, Conversions API, or other third-party advertising tracking.

Before further analytics providers, error tracking, or advertising integrations are enabled, their payloads must be audited, form surfaces must be masked or blocked, and unnecessary personal information must be removed. This notice will be updated if the provider set or use materially changes.

Browser-session data follows the short lifecycle described above. It is not intentionally kept by this site's code across future browser sessions.

Calendly keeps appointment information under the connected account's settings and Calendly's own retention practices. Canceling or rescheduling an appointment does not necessarily delete all appointment records.

A fixed retention schedule for canonical Supabase records and any future Bigin copy has not yet been approved. Production Bigin synchronization remains off until a workable access, export, deletion, and partial-failure process is defined. Once both systems hold a record, a request is not complete merely because one copy changed.

To make an access, correction, deletion, or export request, contact Yadi through the same call or text method used for your water analysis. State what you are asking for and include enough matching contact information to locate the record without sending unnecessary questionnaire details.

• We may verify that the requester is the person connected to the record before disclosing or changing it.
• The request will be checked against the systems active for that journey—currently Calendly and Supabase, and Bigin once enabled.
• If an action succeeds in one system and fails in another, the remaining work must be tracked and reconciled rather than treated as complete.

A Calendly cancel or reschedule link changes the appointment; it is not, by itself, a request to delete or export every related record.

The effective date and version will change when processors, field mappings, retention rules, or uses materially change. Please review the current version before sending new information.
